IN SPAIN ONE CAN ENGAGE IN BUSINESS ACTIVITY THROUGH A COMPANY, THAT IS TO SAY A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY (S.L.), AN INCORPORATED COMPANY  (S.A.), ETC. OR AS A SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON, WHERE THE COMPANY'S TAX NUMBER WILL BE THE FOREIGNER'S ID NUMBER OF THE NATURAL PERSON OWNING IT.
 
ALL COMPANIES MUST KEEP ACCOUNTS AND ABIDE BY THE APPROPRIATE TAX SCHEDULING. GENERALLY SPEAKING THE APPLICABLE FORMS SHOULD BE FILED BEFORE 20 APRIL, 20 JULY, 20 OCTOBER AND 20 JANUARY, WHILE PERSONAL AND CORPORATE INCOME TAX RETURNS SHOULD BE FILED IN JUNE AND JULY RESPECTIVELY.
